GOALS
Develop projective and introspective techniques with images to explore the subconscious and enhance your perceptive capacity.
Train in “clean” facilitation: guiding without interfering, from deep listening and empathy.
Practice individual and group dynamics focused on achieving goals, recognizing limiting beliefs, strengthening self-awareness and self-esteem, developing emotional intelligence, improving communication, and resolving intra- and interpersonal conflicts.
From our perspective, a person capable of facilitating meaningful change in others develops and cultivates these capacities:
Understanding narrative – Exploring how a client thinks, how they experience time (past, present, future), how they see themselves, and the blocks they face.
Expanding perspectives – Helping them discover new insights, options, and solutions.
Listening to the subconscious – Recognizing deep needs, wounds, blocks, values, and desires.
Recognizing unmet needs – Identifying feelings of loneliness, abandonment, rejection, betrayal, humiliation, or injustice.
Connecting with essential talents – Bringing awareness to natural strengths, ways of relating, how they perceive the world, and their drive to contribute.
Using one’s own perception – Placing observation, intuition, and sensitivity in service of the client, while distinguishing facts from interpretations.
Facilitating with a clear presence – Supporting others from an inner vision that has been worked through and healed, free from personal blind spots.
Accompanying emotions – Encouraging emotional awareness and expression, holding space for intensity, and balancing deep empathy with healthy boundaries.
Moving from abstract to concrete – Helping turn insights into action and meaningful change.
Bridging the everyday and the transcendent – Allowing the practical, the emotional, and the spiritual to coexist within the session.
Holding the space – Creating a safe environment, whether in-person or online, with individuals or groups.
Empowering one’s own voice – Caring for body, mind, and spirit; cultivating talents and strengths to inspire and serve others.
These capacities come to life in many fields: psychotherapy, personal growth groups, youth counseling, organizational consulting and development, among others.
In this course, participants train these 12 capacities with the support of the Talent Cards, the Introspekt associative cards.
