HOW IT WORKS
Through a series of prerecorded videos, you will learn how to use Introspekt cards to perform a SWOT analysis, a useful tool for evaluating strengths and weaknesses, as well as the opportunities and threats faced both personally and professionally. We completely change the usual way of performing this type of analysis, using cards from the "talent" category for greater impact. Forget about mentally intensive and boring sessions of other SWOT analyses, and acquire a tool applicable in therapeutic, coaching, counseling and organizational contexts. You will be able to apply the transformation magic immediately after the course.
A program, completely online, to train you in the basic facilitation techniques of the Introspekt Method at your own pace, with clear video explanations, summary sheets and work sheets.
If you have already acquired the basics of the method with the "Introspekt at your own pace" program and you want to establish yourself as a facilitator and learn many more techniques with cards, this is your program. In a small group, completely online, with 42 hours of training with a practical and interactive emphasis, spread over 12 weeks, plus 6 supervision sessions over 6 months.
