Introspekt Founder
Organizational Psychologist & Introspekt Lead-Trainer
Rosa Oliveras is a psychologist, trainer, and creator of the Introspekt method. From a very young age, she has felt a deep vocation for accompanying processes of growth, development, and transformation—both personal and professional. For her, there are no real boundaries between mind and body, reason and intuition, inner life and the external world: everything is part of an ongoing dialogue between dimensions that deserve to be heard.
For over two decades, she worked in the corporate world as a Human Resources Director, Head of People Development, and consultant, leading processes of cultural change and talent development in industrial, technological, and service-based organizations. At the same time, she has supported hundreds of individuals through coaching sessions, training programs, and experiential workshops, integrating psychology, embodiment, and deep listening as ways of reconnecting with what truly matters.
Her approach is free, creative, and deeply human. She draws not only from academic knowledge, but from a symbolic and experiential perspective that recognizes the inner wisdom of every person. With a special sensitivity for detecting and awakening potential, Rosa supports helping professionals on their developmental journey, becoming a true teacher of teachers—someone who inspires, guides, and empowers those who are called to shine by being who they are.
She is the founder of Introspekt.
A professional certification for psychologists, coaches and other professionals who facilitate change, enabling them to integrate the Introspekt Method into their practice and increase the depth and impact of their work. They will learn to design and facilitate image-based processes to explore strengths and talents, self-esteem, relationships, barriers, decision-making and personal transformation—with professional judgement, presence and a respectful framework. The programme combines online learning, live labs, supervised practice and individual guidance, supporting participants in applying the method to real cases and professional contexts. This will enable them to reach aspects that ordinary conversation does not always reveal, make visible what is difficult to express, and help people understand themselves more deeply, connect with their inner resources and create meaningful, lasting change.
A tailored, in-company certification designed to help HR, talent and development professionals integrate the Introspekt Method into real organizational contexts. Participants learn to design and facilitate image-based interventions to work with strengths, leadership, teams, communication and change processes, using sound judgement and an approach suited to the business environment. The programme combines training, hands-on practice, supervision and application to participants’ own cases, adapting to the needs of each organization. In this way, the team gains a methodology that can open up more meaningful conversations, bring to light what is difficult to articulate and turn reflection into concrete action.
