This is a self-processing tool. It's simple yet incredibly powerful. People make poor decisions when confused or fearful, so shutting out internal and external noise is the way to go. Listening to the hidden sensation allows us to explore new possibilities and see things differently, even ourselves. When we view a situation differently, we allow a new reality to unfold.
Our recommendation: prepare for it to be a profound experience. Find a quiet space, free from distractions. Take a few minutes, focus your attention and intention, choose an image, and remain open to feeling what is ready to emerge.

We offer you various training programs to learn, in the format of your choice, all the Introspekt tools & techniques for individual and group use, to enhance your personal transformation skills and, at the same time, train your perceptive capacity and sensitivity at the highest level.
We also offer you the TALENT program, to identify and enhance your own skills and talents while learning how to do the same with other people.
Here you can order the multi-purpose card deck. Using all the cards or selecting one of the categories, you can use them for: a) individual (and couple) facilitation in therapeutic and self-knowledge processes; b) specific work to identify strengths, talents and competencies; c) specific body awareness work; d) educational, corporate group dynamics or personal growth circles.
Inside the deck of cards, you will discover an enriching and deeply human world. There are 170 cards, you can use them all or select a specific category depending on your objective. There are 3 categories: general, talent and movement.
It is not always possible to use cards physically. If you prefer - or need - to use a digital medium for online sessions, you can opt for the monthly or annual subscription that gives you the option to use the web application that contains all the Introspekt cards.
The web application has the same function and works just as well as in physical format, it is easy to use and allows you to download a file with the composition of cards from the session, as well as the comments that have been entered.
